  2) Linda Towery has been professional yet gracious in dealing with my son's financial obligations;
  3) Anita Gillespie has been professional and extremely courteous throughout;
  4) the staff at Lakewood are first rate, ALWAYS; each trained person uses his/her training to deal with the denizens of Lakewood compassionately, affectionately (YES!) and with great respect.
