  Our first and only experience with this clinic was very negative. My wife scheduled an urgent appointment for her and our 4-year old son for follow-up diagnosis from a car accident with injuries and recommended follow-up from the ER at a CMC hospital 2 days prior. My wife specifically scheduled the appointment with an MD by the name of Dr. Habashi. It is a family practice with at least 3 physicians of that name, all MD's, so we don't know with which "Habashi MD" the appointment was scheduled. My wife waited 1.5 hours in the waiting room and was then seen by a "Nurse Practitioner", NOT an MD, who simply said to follow up on the medication the ER at the hospital had prescribed (i.e. a totally wasted medical visit). In addition, they refused to submit the claim to our primary insurance carrier (even when they are a provider for Aetna PPO) and charged us the maximum fees to be paid in cash. Also, while in her 1.5 hour wait, my wife asked me to come in to discuss the insurance issue and I waited over 5 minutes at the front window while a secretary took multiple phone calls without ever even acknowledging my physical presence. It then took another 5 minutes to get the office manager to come and speak about the insurance issues. It was then difficult to work with their office management staff on all follow-up discussions. We will not return to this clinic due to their integrity in scheduling medical appointments with the appropriate physicians and their poor customer service (our issues are not related to our limited exposure to their medical treatment...jus the overall service).
