  We have had an issue in the past with the cleaners shrinking one of my wises sweaters. After bringing it to their attention they did better for a while. I brought a newly purchased and worn sweater. When we got the sweater home there was a hole in the sweater. I took it back to the cleaners and told them about the hole. I asked that he take the $58 price of the sweater off the next cleaning bill. He refused any assistance. Twice burned by this cleaners, there will not be a third time.
