  If it was possible to give zero stars, I would. Used this UPS location to send a certified check for a substantial amount of money to a heavy equipment dealer in SC. Should have been delivered next day, only for my package to be lost!!! The employees at this location acts as if I have no right to be upset and are "doing the best they can". I have received nothing but attitude and an "oh well" response to what responsibility UPS holds in official funds getting lost from Henry and Lisa. If you want good customer service and friendly people to see to it that you and what you are trying to get delivered are well taken care of, see the staff and owners just around the corner at Turbyfill Express. I will never step foot inside a UPS store again!!!
